The Governor's Palace in Williamsburg, VA - in Malvern PA for sale? 414 DUTTON MILL RD 19355 MLS 6403477

As I was studying real estate listings on the market in Malven, PA, I noticed a listing that had just dropped it's price by $490,001 on 2-27-15.  The description said it was "built to resemble the Governors mansion in Virginia".  Having visited Colonial Williamsburg with my family many a times over the past 16 years, I immediately realized that the photo of the estate for sale resembled the Governor's Palace in Colonial Williamsburg!!  Of course my children now want us to move to this lovely estate, however John and I (as Realtors) would more likely assist a buyer looking to own such a magnificant property.
