John’s expertise in investment properties is supported by his own experience as an investor, working with clients to identify opportunities, evaluate value, and execute both buy-and-hold and renovation strategies. He is also experienced in equestrian and farm properties, helping clients navigate land use, property features, and market positioning.
Mary Luca
Mary Luca is a licensed REALTOR® with 19 years of experience in Delaware and Pennsylvania and serves as the team’s technology and marketing specialist. She is part of the top 1% of REALTORS® with an ePro certification and brings a strong background in analytics and financial markets.
Prior to real estate, Mary worked at JPMorgan in technology and later as a VP/Treasurer trading financial instruments. Her analytical approach supports pricing strategy, market positioning, and digital marketing execution, helping ensure that properties are presented effectively and reach the right audience.
