We are allowed to work with clients who need to buy or sell, while following certain strict guidelines.
 
The good news is, for those that need to buy or sell, we have been set up for years now with secure electronic and virtual tools that allows for social distancing to the max (even signing documents from the comfort of your home without anyone else there). 📲💻🖥🖨📷🎥🎞☎️
 
We have additional tools at our disposal to help protect ⚖️our clients at this time such as allowing Sellers and Buyers to sign a new COVID-19 addendum to Agreement of Sale which allows for delays in the transaction.
 
This in no way minimizes the devastating impact of this pandemic on so many people in this world, in so many ways.
 
It is simply to explain that we are taking this seriously, are legally helping those who need to buy or sell, are not trying to entice anyone to leave their home to house shop, and are abiding by daily legal updates to protect our clients and ourselves.
